The service was good. the location is excellent, being close to Turkish and Asian restaurants, the airport, city center, and more. - the room was brand-new and of a decent size, with a comfortable bed.

Exceptionally comfortable and incredibly friendly hotel in a perfect position in a very insecure neighborhood. Location right by the city center, and the Red-Light district of Hamburg.

Convenient spot near an artsy museum. Rooms have large windows for a nice view. Tasty grub and top-notch service. 😊

The room I booked was wonderful and bright with a balcony, shared bathroom and WiFi will be working good. This was an unbeatable and super location near Bus Station, and restaurants and supermarkets. It also was on top of a restaurant.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel near the central station in a bit of a rough area. Despite this, I found the location quite convenient as it was directly at the central station, away from the touristic side of the city. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in my room were exactly what I needed, with attention to detail and cleanliness. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

No significant improvements needed, everything was okay.

The rooms in this hotel were exactly as shown in the pictures, very nice and clean. Additionally, the breakfast provided was pretty awesome. It was great to have the option to arrange breakfast and that it was available until 1 pm on the weekend.

During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. The location was great, situated close to a variety of shops and restaurants. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and had a good selection of items to choose from.

The noise level outside the room was quite loud at night, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully. the staff was not always welcoming and could have been more helpful with providing recommendations or tips for the area.
